Farm Visitor Info

There is currently no charge to visit our farm. In return, please respect our flowers, Trees, property and guidelines throughout your stay.

  • Violet Grove Farm is not responsible for any incidents or injuries that may occur while visiting our Farm. You assume all the risk.  While visiting our farm you are accepting the risk of walking on uneven ground, and that some days the mud can be slippery. The snips are kept sharp to protect the plants we cut, so please don’t forget that you can cut yourself if not used properly. We are home to stinging bees and wasps, they too like the flowers, and the risk of being stung may be greater than when you are at home. By visiting our farm it is understood that you have accepted and acknowledged the risks that come with being in nature.

  • We would appreciate it if you would not wander around the farm.  You are welcome in our U-pick Field in the main orchard (within the fence) and the Cottage Market.

  • Please DO NOT pick or cut flowers outside the designated u-pick raised beds.

  • Please DO NOT pick the apples and pears growing in the orchard.  When we are ready to harvest the fruit we will be sure to let you know when you can book U-pick fruit appointments.

  • Although the pond may be nice to look at, there is NO swimming or climbing the rocks around it please.

  • Littering, smoking or vaping are NOT permitted anywhere on the property.

  • When you book an appointment, it is with the understanding that you are coming to cut a mixed bouquet of our flowers, should you wish to pick straight run bunches of the same flowers, please let us know and we will tell you if that can be arranged.  Our flower farm was not set up with the intention of providing bulk flowers of one variety; we thank you for understanding.

  • Violet Grove Farms reserves the right to ask any guests who are not following the above guidelines or being disruptive to other guests, to leave the premises.
